Can I bring more than 5 guests?
The VIP Experience is designed for up to 5 guests to ensure everyone has space, attention, and a comfortable experience. If you'd like to bring more, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if I don't find my dress during the VIP appointment?
No problem! The £50 VIP fee is for the experience itself (cocktails, nibbles, private styling). If you'd like to return for another appointment, we're happy to schedule a follow-up. The 20% discount applies only to purchases made during the VIP appointment.
Can I book a VIP appointment on weekends?
VIP appointments are currently weekday-only to ensure full privacy and availability. However, if you have a specific need for a weekend slot, please reach out and we'll see what we can arrange.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. The £50 fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
